Priority* Which priority should I choose?

Low | Issues that are not time-sensitive and do not require immediate resolution

Medium | Issues that do not significantly impact productivity because alternative resources or workarounds are available

High | Issues that impact one or more users' ability to perform normal daily tasks

Critical | Issues that impact a large group of users or cause a significant disruption to users. If you are reporting a critical issue, you should also call the ITS Service Desk at 850-644-HELP(4357) to ensure expedited response time.
