Page No Longer Available

When navigating from a case page to the home page and selecting a case from the listing displayed there, an error message is received stating that the page is no longer available.

The Display Template Family is not Defined

When navigating to and from the homepage, an error message is received naming the display template family.

Your Account is not Correctly Set Up

When logging in, an agent or customer will receive an error page about correctly setting up their account.
