What are the roles in the FSU Service Center?

To become an agent, you or someone on your behalf must submit an Online Role Request (e-ORR) through myFSU portal.

NOTE: If the request is submitted by a co-worker on your behalf, you must sign in and approve the request in OMNI Human Resources before the approval request is sent to your supervisor, who must also approve the request. 

The application will be listed as “Customer Relations Management” with the following roles available:

  • Central Office Roles – This role is for FSU Service Center Administrators only.
  • Department Roles – (Preferred) This role should be selected if an employee is part of an organization/department that utilizes the FSU Service Center to receive cases and requires access.

    • Provider Group Manager
