Welcome To The FSU Service Center

The FSU Service Center is a secure, multi-departmental online submission and tracking system. Accounts are established for customers to login to the system to submit and track cases to final resolution. Cases are automatically routed to a provider group based on selections made during the submission process  (see left hand tab, "How Cases Are Routed”).  

• To view an alphabetized list of participants, select the left hand tab for Participating Departments.
• If an academic unit or department is not listed as a service provider, select the left hand tab on Service Center Directory to see a listing of campus service centers and help desks.
