Submit a Case
The FSU Service Center is a secure, multi-departmental, online submission and tracking system. Use the buttons below to submit cases to the FSU Service Center for help resolving technology, student accounts or other issues on campus. Each case will be routed to the appropriate provider group, who will work with you to find the best solution.
This system is powered by Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module 9.2 for Higher Education.
On-call emergency service/outage instructions are always available by following the voice prompts at 850-644-HELP (4357).
