Florida State University is observing a winter break from December 24, 2014, through January 2, 2015, returning to normal operating hours on Monday, January 5, 2015.
During this time, please report emergency service disruptions that require Information Technology Services (ITS) support to 850-644-HELP(4357) by following the voice prompts. See After Hours Support for more information. All other routine support requests submitted during winter break will be handled when normal operating hours resume.
Throughout the break, important service updates will be posted on the ITS Newsfeed.
